Prince William Princess Be the Queen of England

The ancient rule that has existed since centuries have adapted to the context of the times.
Girls and boys descendants of the British royal family will have equal rights to ascend the throne in the future. They are also allowed to marry Roman Catholics.

However, according to British Prime Minister David Cameron, is a new inheritance law changes will be applied if the 16 countries that joined the British Commonwealth agreed. This law will be applicable to children of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the title Prince William and Princess Catherine.

"The idea that younger men have more right to the throne from her sister just because he's a man, or a member of the kingdom may marry any religion except Roman Catholic, of course, clash with the English situation as a modern state," Cameron said as quoted by news agency BBC on Friday, October 28, 2011

He also added that times have changed, so the old rules that have been around for centuries have adapted to the context of the times. Therefore, Cameron described the discussion of changes to the law of inheritance with 16 heads of state members of the British Commonwealth on Friday as a historic moment.

Thus, if the first child Prince William and Catherine Middleton is a female, then the child is entitled to become Queen of England. If later he has a younger brother, then her sister is more entitled to the throne.

Discourse changes in inheritance law was welcomed by the Catholic Church of Scotland. "I am glad to hear the discourse of this change, and I hope to soon put in place. I also hope to be able to further explore this new law and its implications in the future," said Cardinal Keith O'Brien.
